Im getting lower frames in many areas but Tangled shore is the worst. When my frame rates are low I notice my cpu is only using 2 out of 6 cores and them 2 cores are not even boosting high. That's what giving the lower frame rates. I turned on "force_enable_multi_threaded_render_submit" in CVARS and my frames were back to normal and my cpu cores was fully boosting 5 of 6 cores but I get horrible shadow flicker with that setting on.
