Yep agreed, the ability feels alright until you can't see anything which I'm sure would be better with pc and larger field of view but in console you just get nothing but visiual obstruction.

Yesssss agree. Also don't understand why the thought it was a good idea to have the charge attack over compensate on distance when you first discover the ability its near cliff faces and all it does is throw you off the map....

That or why pressing the slam locks you in place so you slide right into a crack. Honestly I wasnt a fan of its design from the moment they shown it, its a little fun but 1 dimensional. At the very least they should have done a light slam that just shoots up icicles like spears and a heavy slam that shot up ice walls. This way it would have had more versatility and less visual obstruction while have a support element. Also and I'm not a slide shotgunner so I find the slide imo more trouble then its worth to break the ice. I would have preferred a more unstoppable like mechanic like d1 where you would just gain a boost in movement with a small over shield. Its already got a 3sec cool down so I really don't feel it would have broken anything.
