As for Prime Gaming, do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account?
If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?

I went and cleared my browser cache and it still doesn't work. On another note I was being stupid and didn't know that prime rewards go to Amanda so thats resolved at least

@BNGHelp6 I Have the same issues as above Cleared my cache , went on incognito and ends up on a infinite 'loading destiny data' screen. Im not from the US if anything has to do with my location.

Runing in this issue as well, neither the current season nor previos seasons populate any tracker at all. Instead I just get the same thing they are getting (https://prnt.sc/vmckb2). I tried clearing my cache, using chrome, edge, even using a different computer.
