Usage might be around 90% with drops, but the core clock hovers around 1000MHz when by default it can go up to 1600MHz. Memory clock around 500/800 when it's default is 945MHz. Reducing the resolution to 720p at 25% res scale doesn't improve performance at all from 1440p 100%. Entrance to Bray Exoscience is also super heavy for me, and it was on launch day too.
