Getting the same fps around 60 or less. Even with lie settings, and high. Its always the same. Destiny is the only game.
Yes. Tried all you can think of. Vsync on/off. Low hugg settings. Checked every box searching for an error. Even re-installed windows.

I get the same issue. Is your 60fps only when in game? (crucible, gambit, on planet) And then in menu or loading screen higher? I get 130-144fps in loading menu.

I've been having the exact same problems in loading screens I get 240 fps, when i switch to chracter inventory it bounces down to 140, in the tower I get 90 and flipping through menus is -100. I can legit stare at the crucible directory and get -60frames. Same thing happen to you?
