You'd need to speak to PS support and ask them if you can refund what you've bought so you can buy the other edition or see if you can pay the difference.

Unfortunately no, as you bought it from them it's upto them to refund or allow you to upgrade.

Unfortunately I don't have a direct contact for them other then what I can find from a Google search. You'd either need to call them or ask to transfer to a human rep.
