Essence of insanity
Essence of insanity : bound manacle not spawning.

If anyone can help, I’m currently on the moon, essence of insanity trying to get the bound manacle but the guy won’t spawn. Can anyone help, I’ve been trying for ages and reset console and game too. Thanks
