Hi there. Records show that you are game sharing the Beyond Light+Season Edition. We have no record that you purchased the Deluxe Edition. Season Passes can't be game shared and can only be applied to the main account that owns Beyond Light.
Game sharing is a platform feature and is not officially supported by Bungie. The successful game sharing of expansions or other licenses was always coincidental, and Bungie makes no effort to provide consistency for players with these platform features. Actually at this point it’s silly, I won’t be buying any edition besides the base for future expansions. It’s just a sparrow and an ornament. Thank you for your time.

I understand you guys don’t support game sharing, but I have two buddies separate from us who do the same and they had no problem receiving theirs.

Not that it matters at this point but I also purchased the legendary collection for forsaken on 9/3/2018 and never received those rewards as well. Bank statements to prove it as well.

You may want to contact [url=https://support.xbox.com/]Xbox Support[/url] for assistance with your transaction. We don't show that you ever purchased the deluxe edition.
