Hello. Unfortunately you cannot claim another code from the Rewards page since the reward no longer appears there. If you happen to remember the code, you can still use it at the Bungie Store. If you do not remember it, then unfortunately nothing can be done unless someone is able to give you a code they put down somewhere.
