Have you checked in the kiosk next to the Post in the tower? With Beyond Light, Wishender has been given a proper quest (as opposed to a hidden one) which can be found in the abandoned quest kiosk. Hopefully it's there for you, though I believe it'll have you do all the Key to Light and Darkness steps again, since the old quest has been deprecated.
