Hi there,
As I've said in your other post, Bungie staff will not unlink an account for you due to security reasons. You'll need to get access to the account to unlink it yourself, Bungie will not do it for you.

Its deadlocked cause i can get into the account on bungie, i just cant do anything to access the xbox account. I logged into the profile center and tried to update my account info and nothing is working

Hi there, Your only option really is for you to get access to your account, no matter how you do so. XBOX Support is your best method as they can help you directly in getting back into your account, but if they're not helping you then there's not much that can be done in this situation.
