Hi there, It appears you have two warlocks. Powerful rewards are weekly per class, not character. This is to prevent someone from having 3 different warlocks and just doing all the powerfuls for each of them and having a really high power leveled character early on along with encouraging players to try all 3 classes. Alongside this, powerful rewards unlock at 1200, so your Hunter is not able to do powerfuls yet because he doesn't meet that level.
