Bungie! Hello Bungie, this is a petition to bring back the Heir Apparent to the tower kiosk, or add it to the loot pool as a easily obtainable exotic engram drop. In regards to the Heir Apparent, do not bring it back as an event item or a quest item, those are boring, please make it into a random droppable exotic if it isn't returned to the kiosk.
