I’m on ps4 and I’m having a similar problem. I received the preorder sparrow but I still haven’t received the ghost, emblem, or the emote.

I don’t know if anyone is still having issues with their preorder bonuses being M.I.A but if you are, try checking your collections. I checked mine and found that the shell, the emote, and the emblem were in my collections even though I never picked them up. Apologies in advance if it doesn’t work.
