Third times the charm

This is the third time I have posted about this. I got everything related to the deluxe edition I preordered on Xbox including the sparrow, but no no time to explain after I beat the campaign. I spent $70 on this he least y’all can do is acknowledge the problem and say something to me. And don’t say to uninstall and reinstall cause I tried that. And don’t say I don’t own it cause I literally claimed the sparrow. Just tell me there is a problem so I know at some point I can get it. Please I’ve been playing this game for so long, don’t let me down
