Prophecy Hoodie requirement change, can I still get hoodie?

Within the first few weeks of Season of Arrivals, I completed the prophecy dungeon and got multiple emails saying I was eligible to purchase the hoodie reward. The first wave of codes expired, making those codes ineligible for use. I also got some emails after the first wave of codes, and those second wave codes were generated fine. To my knowledge, there is no third wave of codes. Those second wave of codes should still work, but when I opened those emails from the second wave to claim my code, they tell me that I'm not eligible. Reading further, I saw that the requirement was updated so that Prophecy had to be completed [i]flawlessly[/i] (at the beginning of the season and until recently, the requirement was only to complete the dungeon). Since the first wave of codes has expired, and my second code has been revoked because the requirement was changed, is there any way I can still buy the hoodie, or am I SOL? It'd really suck if I'd lose the hoodie because I waited too long. EDIT: Other people seem to be having this issue.
