So we know of the Dark-Drinker and Bolt-Caster having returned to Destiny 2 as Legendary swords with new names, those being the Falling Guillotine and Temptation's Hook respectively, so I want to put the idea out there of a Raze-Lighter (RL) type of sword. Now I know that 95% of the swords we have all have the same uppercut attack that the RL was special for, so perhaps the arguement could be made that we don't need or really care for a RL replacement. But what if we added more to it? What if it launched a wave of fire after the uppercut akin to the Martyr's Retribution Grenade Launcher/ Thermite Grenade? I feel like that could justify adding it to the game. Falling Guillotine has a area of effect crowd control/damage for it's immediate area. Temptation's Hook has a long range projectile for easy damage and relative safety. This new sword could have a forward blast of solar energy that travels along the ground for enemies in front of you. I loved the RL in Destiny 1 as I'm a huge fan of the fire/solar aesthetic and it was my favorite sword, Dark-Drinker's crazy power be damned. Curious if anyone else is missing RL and hopes we see a similar return with a new trick.
