Deluxe edition problems

I had bought the deluxe edition of beyond light back in June, when I did, I installed the content, and got the items (the emblem, the ghost, and the emote). When beyond light came out I saw that I had all the content installed, I was able to access the beyond light campaign but did not receive any of the items. For the past 3 days I have been trying to understand this problem. This morning I checked if I had bought the expansion and found a receipt for the deluxe edition from my credit card company. When I checked the Xbox store however, it showed that I could still buy the deluxe edition, and with a price cut because I own gamepass. I think that because I own gamepass it messed with destiny, and now only shows that I own the game pass version. So this seems to be a Bungie and Xbox problem.
