I also didn’t get the NTTE after finishing the campaign, I have the game pass ultimate on Xbox which includes Beyond Light so idk if that matters?

Unfortunately, game pass isn't seen as a pre-order so NTTE wasn't included it that version. It will be available to all in the next season.
