I didn't get my no time to explain after completing the campaign

Hey, can any Bungie employee help me with this? It's extremely frustrating to have preordered beyond light and completed the campaign only to not get my promised weapon.

  • Which platform did you purchase BL on and were you on the same platform when you completed the campaign? Also, which version of BL did you purchase, there are three standard, standard+SP, and Deluxe.
