Hi there,
Unfortunately, the solution for the problem was to switch characters and reload into the event alone.
Obviously you can't do that now because the event is over.
I would check @BungieHelp regularly for possible updates on the situation, as nothing has been said on their part yet.

I see, the thing is that he only had one character up to the finale of the event (and still does only have one). So probably wouldn't have had enough time to swap I would assume. Thank you for the info!
