if you're doing the chamber of suffering legit: invis will save you here. trinity ghoul can clear all thrall and acolytes with ease, and a sniper can take care of the boomer knights that will bombard you if left unattended. rat king + graviton forfeit is a great sneaky alternative. dump heavy on the orb knight, dunk, and deal with ads and boomers. the totem is very dangerous, and if you leave it for too long it will kill you. you passively gain stacks of another debuff, that will kill you when it reaches like 6 or 7, but goes away after dunking an orb. if you want to cheese the encounter: kill ads, get the orb, and swap weapons right before you dunk. if timed correctly, you'll duplicate the orb. leave it on the ground, go back to the totem for a few seconds, and dupe a few more. you'll want to stand on the plate periodically and clear boomers and cursed thrall, but cheesing it takes like 45 seconds instead of several minutes

I'd recommend Xenophage for killing the knights above and to the side. The knights above sre definitely the ones that kill the run.
