Beginning of the End Quest Bugged - Forging the Broadsword
I am at the last part of this quest and sitting at 4/5 Valor rank resets. I've reset my Valor twice since then and it has not advanced so I cannot complete the quest. Is there anything I can do or am I just out of luck at this point?
