There is no set time frame as you may not ever hear back. It's been more than a day or two it doesn't look good for unban

I have purchased the game twice (before they made it free), purchased Silver and the previous title along with all it's dlc. Just to have a false flag pop up, I follow the proper protocol just to get a "meh we may or may not care enough to look into it." At least that is what it feels like. If I don't at least get some sort of reply, even if it is denied for some reason, I don't think I would trust Bungie enough again to purchase another title from them. Which I hate to say because I do enjoy Destiny.

It's not a false flag that caused your ban. A flag caused someone to review your account and ban it manually. Your appeal caused another review. If it was not overturned it means it was a valid ban. It's up to you to figure out the reason
