Help me deactivate my ps4 account from this pc account i dont own
How do i deactivate a cross-save if i dont own the pc account thats linked to my bungie account?

You can't, because to deactivate a Cross-Save you have to authenticate all linked accounts. But now the question comes; how did it get linked in the first place?
