With sunsetting, weapons and armor or only transitory items. They no longer have any lasting value, here today, gone in 9-10 months.
But Eververse silver purchases are forever...and Bungie clearly needs more silver purchases from the 3 character hardcore crowd.

Nah man not even the silver purchase aren't forever for example any legendary weapon ornament. And you don't even get the ten to 12 months with the gun. If I get a god roll for a gun and that gun is sunset a month from now then that's all I really get with it not ten months. They're screwing us. Trying to get us to sniff shit while calling it roses.
