If you feel like you need to own every cosmetic added to Eververse each season, I recommend playing a different game for the sake of your mental health or finances, as appropriate.

right now I am able to buy everything what I want - I skip finishers and exotic emotes, I buy only skins, armours and colours. But in S12 I won't be able to buy even those things, and I'll need to make choices

Yes, you'll need to make choices if you don't want to purchase anything with real money.

But if they set weekly as 160BD everything will be the same for me ( I'll have the same amount of choices like I have now), and better for casual players (they will have even more BD than in new system with 100BD). I don't uderstand why they hit hard a dedicated players (Who spend a lot of time drinding core activities wek after week), and don't give a lot od reward to casual - they give them only 200 BD more than they have now if I remember correctly.
