Well bright dust nerf or not there will always be a FOMO... look at games like Siege or Overwatch. Event items you almost always have to spend money on cosmetic items if you want them all or no skins. Same with Destiny I guess. But the only thing you fomo on is the look of the armor. But with universal transmog on all armors coming down the road Im excited for what armor combos look like. Eververse will be kinda bad..
