Don't get too excited.
I'll put money on this being another ploy to push Eververse.

Yes that is why they lowered the amount of bright dust you can get weekly, so even if you level up the pass it will still be a net result smaller than what was attainable before. This way they can push silver instead

Well, of course they will try to sell transmog tokens in eververse via silver. They've already stated as much. However, they did say they would be earnable in game as well. So now the only question is how much will we have to grind for a transmog token? Knowing Bungie, it will probably be quite a lot. I hope I'm wrong though lol

I bet it'll be an insane grind to transmog a full set of armor. We'll get one or two tokens easy and then the rest will be a slog... unless you pay.
