If they weren’t counting then you weren’t fully completing them and picking up the gun. I finished mine a few weeks ago with 0 issues

Sounds like you just procrastinated one of those weeks and forgot to fully complete one. Without video proof you had done the 6 you claim Bungie cannot correct anything.
