My friend that I’ve been running through the game with is TrippinOnRoses on Steam. She has the exact same problem. Everything completed except the Secret Victories emblem.

I have the exact same issue, and I know for sure I completed the sixth ascendant challenge today, but unfortunately no emblem! Bungie please do something about this, It's really irritating. Thank you.
