Pretty sure even Bungie has no clear idea as to how transmog will specifically work atm.

Then let me have a crack at it. If you have an armor pice in your collection you can press a button and boom it’s a universal ornament. That’s it.

Will it cost silver? Will we have to grind out bright dust? Or is it some new in-game currency that will bloat our inventories? Will you have to dump real money in Eververse to transmog a lot of armor pieces? Because if that's the case, I know plenty of players who just won't bother. Some crucial details are missing.

That’s what worries me. If it taking this long it probably means that they are considering putting some unessesary crap into the system, kinda like how they’ve kept over complicating the infusion system.
