Hey there! You may want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url] and reinstall Shadowkeep. If that does not help, you will need to contact Xbox Support to help retrieve your license.

I cleared it many times and I have all the dlc and season passed installed but I cannot access anything in game with shadowkeep and I can't find any of the early arrivals pre-order items either

Go to your add-ons to see if you have Shadowkeep. Otherwise, you will need to contact Xbox Support for further assistance. This can also happen if you were game sharing with someone.

I was not game sharing, I buy all the destiny expansion but I cannot access my shadowkeep or any of the dlc, everything is installed in my d2 add-ons. They take up 108.7GB of space. Is there a way to contact bungie directly in regards to this?

Yes shadowkeep deluxe pack, shadowkeep pre-order pack, shadowkeep and shadowkeep + season. Beyond light, beyond light exotic emote, beyond light pre-order pack, beyond light strangers upgrade pack, beyond light strangers weapon pack. These are all installed with my D2 bonus pack and all my forsaken DLC, but I cannot access any of my shadowkeep content in game, im being directed to purchase them all over again and I also cannot find any of my beyond light early access items.

The Beyond Light items can be found at the cryptarch in the Tower.
