Account Recovery
After I linked my PlayStation, Steam, and Battle.Net account my stuff had not transferred over when I loaded the game on pc so I figured there was an issue with the linked accounts. I made an attempt to fix it myself and I thought maybe unlinking and linking my account back would provide a solution. Not reading the terms and services I didn’t realize I wouldn’t be able to play for 90 days. Is there any way I can get my account back linked sooner than that, I am very dedicated to this game and only want to spend my time grinding before Beyond Light.

You can still play. You just can’t re-enable cross save until the mandatory 90 day cooldown finishes.

No, once you disable Cross-Save, the following 90 days of lockout can't be circumvented, no exceptions.
