The only fusion rifle/tracking rocket launcher you'll ever need is Jotünn.
It hits like Xenophage, reloads like a 120 hc, and shoots a tracking missile an a snail's pace. It's perfect.

So it’s damage is kind of garbage outside the first shot. Tracking is helpful but that’s more of a pvp thing since pve targets really don’t move. Not saying it’s bad in pve it’s pretty good but that doesn’t mean that the rest of fusion rifles and rockets are also good
