I need some tips for pvp, and how to try to keep relaxed.

Hi, sorry to bother peoples time with reading, I wanted to know if there are some ways to help me improve in crucible and Gambit? (Invading/dealing with invaders), I am just going to say, I'm not good, nor able to improve very well, not because of a meta, not because of matchmaking or what other excuses there is. I honestly do what to improve, there are some really amazing looking weapons that I've really wanted to get (mostly the trio-of hand cannons, I love the gunplay of last word.) But the problem is, is that I just can't seem to get in kills, it took me 2 matches to get ONE percent on the thorn's kill with void hand cannons quest. I find it really hard to not panic whenever I see an enemy, (I have anxiety when it comes to being pressured, and being pressured with players all over scare me) Is there anything I can do in terms of tips and or practice to help me? Anything that could assist me or teach me would be really helpful, thank you. I hope you are currently having a good day!

 • My personal recommendation is to just go into a playlist, make a very VERY conscious effort to not tense up, especially your hands because that will send your aim all over the place. Don't aim down the sights until your reticle is as close to the enemy as it can be, and only take shots that are headshots. You WILL get slaughtered. Over and over and over some more, but the point isn't getting kills or maximizing your k/d. You are only in those matches to learn how to line up shots and staying relaxed. If you have a friend who will sit in a private match with you, then do it that way. Have them start by just moving around with very basic movements while you try to kill them, then get them to add in jumping and sliding, then finally have them play you for real with gunfire after you've learn to kill them in all the evasive techniques.
