Same issue on my PS4. I've reinitialized the HDD and reinstalled D2 from scratch. HDD - (Samsung 860 Evo SSD 1TB) checks out as healthy after reformatting its corrupted sectors. Will try a different HDD...?

I Trier from external ssd back to my internal drive but same issue I am installing now for third time this day
