Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?

 • Hey, It is a shared account, but no-one else plays Destiny 2 or has attempted to link their account Twitch Prime. Logging in and out changes nothing. The gear drop is listed claimed on the Twitch Prime page, but as stated only drops 1-4 are at Holliday despite all being claimed. Yes, Twitch Prime is listed under "Authorized Applications" in my https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings. I am almost positive I checked every variable before reluctantly posting an account specific issue/glitch in a public forum. But I appreciate the input. Now if only a BNG HELP representative would actually look into the account and fix the issue. Even better, would be to fix the Twitch Prime drops completely borking people's access to D1. If only.

 • I believe TAPIR has been fixed weeks ago. You should be able to play Destiny 1 while your Twitch account is linked to your profile. If you do not see your rewards in your Partner Rewards page, you will want to relink your accounts together. To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.

 • I just re-tested D1 to see if I get Tapir and now I do not. Which makes me think that even if my account shows Twitch linked, I think there is some issue behind the scenes that someone from BNG HELP needs to look at. I have re-linked my accounts multiple times since Twitch Prime launched as I do still wish to enjoy D1 and D2 and we all should be able to. I re-linked them before posting and still the issue remains.
