I'm not sure why that's related to this topic but Bungie has definitely moved toward more pve focused nerfs recently. I understand why their philosophy of game design makes a complete separation of the pve/pvp sandboxes problematic, but they seem to be headed in the right direction. And you certainly can't fail to appreciate pvp's contributions to pve... Recluse and Mountaintop.
