I think its fine in heavy just needs a buff. I talked about this before cause I love using snipers. I was blaming raiders, pvp, and bungie for the nerf. Some people agreed with me while others I had to explain why it needs a buff.

Why does one of the top shelf weapons need a buff? With the catalyst, basically the only thing really outdoing it is swords. And swords are, of course, not applicable everywhere in the game.

Do you see anyone using whisper? All I see is swords, xenophage, raid exotics, and truth.

People not using it doesn’t mean it’s not objectively a top shelf weapon.
