Factions could have meaningful loot at a fair cost, and they might even require as much attention as Eververse
Also, they might NOT run on tokens

Lol. I know this is bait, but... The gear has already been created, so it wouldn't need [i]that[/i] much more attention. But I see what you mean. The time put in may not be worth the trouble to them. And I get that argument too. Not saying I necessarily agree with it but, I understand it.
