I'm having the exact same problem, purchased the DIGITAL deluxe edition via the xbox marketplace, i have the beyond light and both strangers packs installed but the "pre order bonus" isnt showing up at all, nor can i find any hint of it in game. Have talked to Rahool (nothing) have checked collections (nothing) have tried refreshing "my games and apps" on the xbox (nothing) have checked to make sure there are no dlc waiting to be installed (nothing) have uninstalled and re-downloaded the beyond light expansion items from the xbox marketplace (nothing) I'm wondering where the heck my "INSTANT REWARDS" are for pre-ordering Beyond Light are

  • Hey there! Xbox players need to highlight D2 on the Dashboard, click "Manage game & add-ons" and install the Beyond Light items in the "Ready to install" area. Then, relaunch D2 and view the Cryptarch's inventory in the Tower to claim these items. If they do not appear, please try the following steps below: • Open the MS App and navigate to the specific bundle you purchased. • Select the “Install” button. • “ready to install” for Destiny 2 in “My games & apps” should now be populated with the missing DLC. Do the steps again outlined earlier. If re-installing the bundle doesn’t populate “ready to install”, please try the following steps below: • Open the MS App. • Search for “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Pre-Order Pack” and select it from the search results. • On the product page, select Install. • For Deluxe Edition owners, repeat the above steps for “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Exotic Emote” • Wait for those download(s) to complete and then log back onto Destiny 2.

  • well bungie has been very vocal about these steps, so I'd consider them "addressed"
