Don’t know how strong it’s supposed to be originally but it rinsed through scourge final encounter last night

It was supposed to have infinite ammo if you landed 3 headshots consecutively. now it only reloads the gun. Still good for SOTP tho you have a point

It’s still good for literally any boss you can consecutively land crits on.

Ah see I missed out on the infinite ammo period so for me I think it’s a good exotic and that infinite ammo sounds broken as hell

oh it was but people enjoyed it. it made them feel powerful. Personally I feel like its still a good weapon but when its compared to its pre nerfed self you cant help to think you want it buffed

You can’t have infinite power creep or it negates all challenge and leads to boring, stale gameplay. Anyone who wants to still be using Whisper for every endgame encounter in the game 2 years later has a -blam!-ed up sense of fun...

Trinity ghoul is fun but not overpowered. It can kill adds with ease but when it comes to boss dps and PvP its trash Whisper (Im not saying it should be buffed) is good at boss dps but not pvp due to zoom and add clear. It depends on the situation.

It depends on the situation.[/quote] It’s fine where it is. It’s one of the top exotics in the game for DPS. The difference is now, there’s several viable DPS weapons depending on the encounter. Before, it was only Whisper. That’s terrible for the game.
