Hey there! There is maintenance going on right now which may be why you are not seeing the option to do so. You may want to create the clan after it is over.

I thought of that. And I may be. However, it did this on Sunday while I was playing the game.

I did. I dont even have an option for that though. There was a create group option, and that didn't work either.
