Like other replies on here, I now only play the 3 Gambit matches for the weekly pinnacle reward and to get umbral traces when required. There's no fun anymore when your team are being invaded every 10 seconds, and the opposition melt their boss before you can invade.
I am looking forward to trying the new revised mode in Beyond Light though.

What's even more fun is when the opposing team banks like 10 motes entire first match-just sitting there, if you invade they kill you the moment you see them-cause they're sitting there waiting for you, and then 2nd match they obliterate you and 3rd match the melt the primeval in like 30 seconds. Not fun. I only play the Pinnacle. I did however play for the Breakneck Auto rifle. That right there was enough to break me from ever playing Gambit for fun again. It's not horrible and it's not terrible, it's just not fun. I've never enjoyed it.

It won’t be anything different - most likely another undercooked poorly seasoned recipe, with trash ingredients & a broken oven to bake it in Will just be a way to get the items for the power chase to whatever number Bungie set the cap at!
