Yeh was in the world drop loot pool somewhere in previous seasons but got cycled out. So it's not available in the game anymore. True prophecy from the current world drop pool's a decent alternative. Can roll with rampage + some other decent perks that duke's known for. Or crimil's dagger from saladin.
