To transfer your characters to D2 (face, race, gender, some emblems only no items) you need to...
Be using the same account.
Have completed the base D1 game.
Be on current gen systems.
Have not created and D2 characters on your console's account.
All before August 2017 and all progress is of that date and nothing since then.
To get your D1 characters onto PC you need to transfer them to D2 on your console's account and then activate cross save.

I used to play D1 on my PS4 but I sold it a few days ago, and now I want to start playing D2 on my PC and I wondered if there was any possibility to transfer the progress of my D1 console's character.
