Hey there! These triumphs are most likely unobtainable since the Solstice of Heroes event is now over. You are still free to finish any remaining objectives for your Solstice gear to get the white glow. Considering you have already done so, you are good to go.

Interesting, I'd agree except I completed all objectives for the Titan set during the event and I did not earn the Head to Toe triumph

Those triumphs were bugged when the event was active. I am not sure if they have been fixed, but considering the event is over, nothing can be done at this point unfortunately.

They knew about it when the event was running. It is highly unlikely they will ever do anything to fix it now as they didn’t fix it then.
