Can we exchange altered elements for something?
I have nearly 18,000 of these that are essentially of no use to me

It would be nice if Bungie could come up with a list of what happens to materials when they Vault 50% of our locations. Like Resonant Stems, Alkane Dust, PhaseGlass, Seraphite, Synths, Modulus reports, Simulation Seeds or Black Armoury Schematics for example.
