would you rather have whisper in the kinetic or energy slot?
i love whisper the way it looks, the way it feels but i want to have a reason to use it all around the board,
if bungie does what i'm suggesting it'll still be a top pick but it won't be as strong i would lke to think they'd put it in the same damage range as izanagi's then whisper would be to izanagi what beloved is to revoker

Isn’t that kind of the point of most heavy weapons? [spoiler]Not to say all heavies are only good for boss dps, but whisper clearly has a role[/spoiler]
